Of all the nymphs, the Frost Sprite is the most impish and mischievous. They are proud creatures who seemingly not care about what others think of them, when in fact, they do. If a mortal was to speak ill of them, he would find himself pelted with snowballs and maybe even icicles, for Frost Sprites hold grudges.

What they do may seem like nonsensical fun to others, and at times can be extremely irritating, but the Frost Sprites do not think that way. Charged with preserving the natural chill of the cold places, Frost Sprites take it upon themselves to be creative (for no one told them how to). Therefore, the sudden snowfall limited to a small area, the swirling of ground snow when there's nary a wind and the sudden frosting of the lake - all these are signs that Frost Sprites are near.

In battle, Frost Sprites use their innate skills to irritate and frustrate enemies. With their constant teasing, these enemies will be distracted long enough for the real attackers to take them unawares.
