Matriarch
She is also known by other names, such as Oracle and The Herald. She is the actual Founder of YForce, the one who took in all the boys one by one. But who she is still remains a mystery, and whether she really is the famed Oracle in Greek Mythology, that remains to be seen.
Commissioner
Javier T. Mallory is the Police Commissioner, who is also the head of the Special Police Forces. Such a position clearly is hard to achieve and we know the police is supposed to be a protector of the people. So, what made him hate heroes so much? Why is he in cahoots with dark, mysterious forces?
