TIER 6

Yuki Onna, directly translated to Snow Woman, is actually a spirit very much like the ghosts from the Element of Dark. However, some of these spirits aided Artemis when she once journeyed through Hades' realm, and as a reward, she sought for their independence. Hades relinquished his hold on these spirits and they have followed Frost ever since.

It has been recorded that initially, their icy power was limited. They were able to cause snowfall to distract and irritate the locals of where their spirits reside in. Ever since they came under the flag of the Element of Frost, their powers have grown tremendously and they became more elemental than spirit.

Yuki Onnas are hard to be discerned in the snowy landscapes where they reign supreme. The forming of a snowdrift or even the light scattering of snow may actually point to the presence of this elemental, but many are often not alert enough to notice it until it is too late. And that is exactly what the Frost Elementals hope for.

They act as a deterrent for the enemies of the Frost. Who would dare traverse the harsh and cold climate of the Frost, especially when a huge snowstorm or blizzard is brewing? For the few foolhardy ones, they would be struck with sharp icicles suddenly, rendering many dead instantly. For those that the Yuki Onnas find fitting to present themselves too, their situation would be no better.

Yuki Onnas are, after all, spirits. They are incorporeal, as their body is made up of cold mists and snow. They give off a frightening aura and if that wasn't enough, the chills they give out additionally can freeze their enemies immediately where they stand. Ice shards then form from within their sleeves, coalescing into fan-like weapons that the Yuki Onnas fling with precise accuracy, striking multiple targets at once.
