Important Updates + Schedule Roll Out for Coming Weeks

Hey guys!

After some time, we finally have another blog update! There are many news to be shared today, so bear with me.

First and foremost, I will be informing you that the upload schedule will be slightly altered in the next few weeks.

As you probably would have guessed by now, uploads are not always going to be a comic page upload. Uploads can include Character Profiles, as with this week's example, where Alpha's Character Profile was added.

The plan is to actually reveal the full profile of the hero only after glimpses of their powers are revealed in the storyline itself. As such, the upload schedule for the next few weeks will be very exciting indeed!

From next week onwards, there will be an exciting "event" in the comic; the boys are gathered together for a practice fight! What against, you will have to be patient and find out. However, since it is a practice fight (expect them to be back in costumes), their powers will be revealed slightly. As such, you can expect Character Profiles to be up!

Hope everyone will be excited to see the remaining 3 heroes revealed (other than those who are NOT in the storyline yet...)!

Now, for the other news, I will require you guys to give us feedback on them. So please do comment, if possible, on the comments box below.

1. Character Profiles of Other Heroes

For the remaining heroes not revealed in the story yet, I have plans of actually releasing their Character Profiles early. This is to actually let you guys know who's who as well as seeing the full set of Elements, which is important when we actually start the mythology aspect of the comic going. So by revealing the full Character Profiles first, readers can then (maybe) have a better idea of their elements and thus, how they might be linked to the mythology aspect.

2. Comic Donations

I also have a plan to introduce a donation scheme, which I call "Donate-For-A-Second-Upload" scheme. Basically, a donation target amount will be set and if the amount is reached in that particular week, readers will be rewarded with an upload in addition to the weekly Saturday upload. I am still figuring out how we can implement that to provide the utmost transparency to readers and donors alike (since money is involved), so at this juncture, I would appreciate it if you guys can let me know if you like this idea and might actually consider donating to the comic. Of course, all donations will be used only in the area of the YForce comic, such as payments to the artist as well as the website hosting fees, for example. In no way will the donations be misused on other aspects, such as my personal life.

3. Link Buttons

Link buttons and banners will be put up soon, for those of you who would like to link to YForce from your website, in the form of cute buttons or banners rather than just a text-link. So stay tune!

4. Tooltip Corrections

Tooltip messages (for comic pages AND Character Profiles) have been corrected and updated. For those guys who do not know, all the comic pages and the Character Profiles actually have hidden messages or words when you run your mouse cursor over them. Some of them had the wrong information for some time now, and they have been corrected. So go check them out!

So, these are the updates I have for you. For points (1) and (2), I will really appreciate it if you guys can actually give me feedback on those matters.
